I began my career in 1999 with West Suburban Imports working in parts service and shipping and receiving. In 2000, I was promoted to parts specialist and was in charge for Saab, Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Volkswagen, Audi and Vespa Piaggio. In December 2004, I was hired with Saab Exchange and worked with them as a parts specialist. In 2008, I was promoted to parts manager and was in charge of all Saab products and inventory. I have worked in the auto industry for many years and am very knowledgeable on specific parts that are suitable for most vehicles.
Technician
Mercurio Fiasche – Master Technician
I began my career in 1990 with West Suburban Imports as service technicians and specialized in Alfa Romeo vehicles. In 1997, I attended Volkswagen Academy and became a certified Volkswagen technician and worked there until 2006. After 2006, I was hired by City Volkswagen in Chicago and worked there as a master technician and shop foreman until 2013. After many years of working in a dealer setting, I decided to use all the knowledge and experience that I gained and transform it into a new career under my direction.
